Places at Blue Hour Tokyo Bay, Japan

The night starts to cover Tokyo Bay and in the far distance the city of Tokyo. I am here in Chiba, a hyper modern district of Tokyo, at the New Otani Makuhari. There is a nice restaurant at one of the higher levels of the hotel, from here I took this photo. In a constant competition with Singapore, Japan is one of the most neatest countries I ever visited. One can not just step into a restaurant, not to offend the staff and the room, of course you wait patiently at the doorsill to be seated.
