About this website I think that I can call myself a very happy person. My profession allowed me to travel to different countries on this world and gave me the chance to see places and to meet people of this world. I have a wonderful wife, she supports me and lets me go on a journey at any time I want without any limitations. My friends gave me inspiration, new ideas and opened my mind and view for all the nice things to see on this world. Out of my curiosity I started to take a closer look at the places I got to visit, whenever there was a suitable occasion. And I wanted to keep the impressions to show them to my dear ones - and to keep them for me to take me through the cold foggy winter days in Germany. At first I took the photographs with my mobile phone, after a while I started to take my camera with me while abroad. In the beginning it was just a pastime to take some shoots after work during my spare time. But by the time it became a passion for me and my eyes sharpened more and more. It goes without saying, I am not a professional photographer but each of my pictures carries a little story. Mostly I remember very well the feeling of the moment while I took the picture and the people who shared that moment with me. This website shall keep these moments and tie them together with the place and people of that special moment. Surely my friends and related will recognize some places and moments.
